Before any investment decisions are made you need to know how good or bad your building or process is. We can provide you with this information and will provide improvement options and will estimate possible savings and cost. In some cases some maintenance or repair will do, in other cases a larger change is necessary. Possible you hae the best equipment and it is not set up right, Possible you have equipment that will fail soon. We will be able to tell you.
Design
Lighting, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and Renewable Energy Projects can be designed by us for both retrofit and new construction. Design emphasis will be on comfort, indoor air quality, energy efficiency and low maintenance. We can provide LEED certification.
In addition we provide design for residential and light-commercial buildings. We specialize in low-energy and zero-energy buildings.
Commissioning
Verification of your design and engineering and commission during and after construction phase is offered as a service. Retro-Commissioning can optimize your existing system. Sometimes the system just isn't set right.
Industrial Process Efficiency
We evaluate industrial processes and make them more economical.
Funding
We can help to find all available grants and funding available to you or your business. We can refer you to a professional tax expert who can help with all Energy Tax Credit and other tax related issues of your project.
Experience
Our experience includes project management and commissioning of energy conservation and renewable energy projects. Design experience includes HVAC, lighting and solar installations. The use of sustainable material and practices has been part of most former projects.
Most projects related to buildings and their associated equipment in both retrofit and new construction. In addition we have increased efficiency of energy intensive industrial processes.
All experience was gained in over 5 years of work on residential, commercial and governmental projects in Germany and in Wisconsin.
